Bristol student Redland pilot

Avoid living with regret next year.

About this data

This is real data from an earlier pilot we ran with students in Redland, Bristol. Some details have been amended or filled in to keep the data anonymised and complete.
  • Street names are real. House numbers and reviewer names have been removed. Each house gets a letter instead (House A, House B…), assigned by ranking, so the letter doesn't reveal the house number. Where a property has more than one review, its rating and rent are the average of those reviews.
  • Rent is per person, per month, based on prices at the time of the pilot.
  • Written comments appear exactly as tenants gave them, so not every review has detailed comments.

We're exploring a proper pilot with universities

This page is a prototype, not a live product. We're talking to a small number of universities about running this properly, so let us know how we could make it as useful as possible for your university and students. We'd love to hear any ideas you have.
